Terms of Use — DeenFlow

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the DeenFlow mobile application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use DeenFlow on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement for App Store applications.

2. Pricing

DeenFlow is currently provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions at this time. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future; if we do, separate terms will be presented at the point of purchase.

3. Religious Content

DeenFlow provides prayer times, Qibla direction, Qur'an verses, hadith, and habit-tracking tools intended to assist users in their personal practice. Prayer times are calculated from your device location and your selected calculation method; while we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that times will be correct in all locations or under all conditions. Users should verify against their local masjid or trusted source when in doubt. Religious content is presented for personal benefit and is not a substitute for guidance from qualified scholars.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law;
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose;
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and original content are owned by DeenFlow and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Qur'anic text and hadith are in the public domain; English translations are used under permissive terms from their respective sources.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prayer times, Qibla direction, or any other content will be accurate in every circumstance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeenFlow and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

8. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the app. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
